The bed was incredibly comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The staff were welcoming and polite throughout, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with options for vegetarians and vegans. The hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and tram stops. Complimentary Costa coffees were a nice touch upon arrival.

Staying here was such a great experience! The location is perfect, right next to the train station, which made it super easy for me to travel to my next destination. The staff here went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, providing an excellent service in the restaurant and bar/lounge area. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, such as air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The bedding and carpeted floor were so comfortable, and the room service and dry cleaning options were very convenient.

This place is highly recommended for families, although I'd like to mention that it has a Jacuzzi and fitness center that are not suitable for children.

Everything was great, nonetheless we stayed for 1 night only.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and tram network, making it easy to get around the city. Plus, the wifi was reliable and the air conditioning in the room worked well, a bonus on a hot day.

the car park information provided by the hotel was unclear, and I ended up parking further away than necessary.

Overall it was a pleasant stay at the time or after. The buffet breakfast was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful.

I had comfortable days staying at this town hotel. Buffet breakfast with a great selection of nice meals to choose from. Easy check-in, generally good service. Loved their excellent wifi.

It was fairly clean, the staff was informative, plus the service was excellent. I loved the lunch in Pizzeria Savai a short walk to the hotel.

We loved how close it was to the Motorpoint Arena and how easy it was to walk there. The room was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed. We were also happy that the bar area was quiet and didn't disturb our sleep. we had a pleasant experience. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, we would recommend staying at this hotel.
